Lesser George, a diamond-set badge depicting St. George slaying the dragon.  This badge is part of the insignia of the Order of the Garter, a British order of chivalry. The Lesser George is worn on a blue ribbon and is distinguished from the Great George, which is larger and made of gold and enamel. The depicted piece is made entirely of diamonds set in gold.
